2016/42European Regulation (EU) 2016/425 covers the process for CE Marking Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) described as any device or appliance designed to be worn or held by an individual for protection against one or more health and safety hazards.
Applicability
According to laws and regulations also in our country, manufacturers cannot place their products on the market without CE marking in the framework of Regulation (EU) 2016/425 Personal Protective Equipment Directive. Regulation (EU) 2016/425 Personal Protective Equipment Directive defines categorization principles and conformity assessment procedures for the products.
